JIC Spartan 505S SUS features our most popular style. An aggressive canister and smooth piping aid into giving your vehicle performance, a great exhaust tone, and weight savings. Each Spartan 505S SUS features a 60mm piping for smaller engines or naturally aspirated engines or a larger, 76.3mm piping for larger displacement engines and turbo applications. All spartan exhaust systems include an inner silencer. As a unique design only to the Spartan Series, the canister has either a bolt on flange or a slip in type depending on vehicle application. Certain Spartan DE Type 1 applications also has a resonated option to keep the exhaust noise down. DE Type 1 exhaust systems comes with either an angled exit or straight exit canister.

Designed specially for your Lexus IS200 or IS300 is this HKS rear silencer. Will give a nice sporty exhaust note.Standard exhaust systems are, by design, restrictive. Increasing the amount of exhaust gas flow is the first progressive step towards increasing engine performance and efficiency. HKS exhaust systems are designed to increase the mass and velocity of exhaust gas flow. This allows for a reduction in back pressure and thermal stress, thus unleashing engines potential for increased power, torque and response. The primary goal of each HKS exhaust system is performance, quality and value. Through comprehensive flow analysis, dyno testing and tuning HKS are able to maximise horsepower gains throughout a broad powerband while also maintaining reasonable sound levels for road use. HKS exhaust systems that are designed for road use retain all factory emission equipment. All HKS exhaust systems are vehicle specific. Each engine and chassis configuration is individually analysed to ensure each vehicle is specifically catered for. In some applications particular exhaust systems are designed dependant on the level of tune e.g. Super Drager, Hiper Muffler and Racing Muffler. Each different design has differing qualities with regard to silencer design, pipe diameter and flow characteristics. All HKS systems feature high quality mandrel bent, bake coated aluminiumised steel piping. This allows for smooth consistent exhaust flow throughout the entire length of the exhaust system. Another important part of the HKS design is pipe diameter, this is critical to the characteristics of exhaust gas flow and is specific per vehicle.

HKS TWIN POWER AND HKS CIRCLE EARTH INSTALLED ONTO 350Z

The Twin Power ignition amplifier incorporates both the CDI and transistor method ignition to provide optimum spark duration and maximum voltage output, resulting in crisper throttle response and a smoother engine powerband. The CDI method, capacity discharge ignition, provides maximum voltage by transferring all stored energy in the capacitor to the ignition coil so that the ignition current can buildup quickly, thus making the Twin Power very effective in the higher revs where a normal spark would tend to diminish. This strong rapid spark prevents the high rpm ignition miss that reduces peak power. The transistorized method generates high voltage by using transistors to cut off current to the coil, thus allowing for a long energy discharge. This longer spark duration allows the Twin Power to improve lower RPM throttle response and torque. The combination of the CDI and the transistor method incorporates two distinct systems into one high performance unit, hence the designation of Twin Power. The Twin Power produces a spark output that is typically 1.5-2.5 stronger than of the stock ignition system and consumes about 35% less power input than other ignition amplifiers. Each compact and attractive Twin power unit is constructed of durable anodized aluminum and sealed to prevent corrosion from moisture. General wiring harnesses are included in each unit to aid in installation and mounting. Vehicle Specific wiring harnesses are also available for certain models.

Circle Earth System

Circle Plate - The HKS circle plate allows for the freedom to choose the thickness and the number of wires (up to 24 lines) to be used. Depending on the specific application, either the Separate Type (remotely located from battery terminal) or the Direct Type (directly mounted onto the battery terminal) are utilized.

24K Gold Plating and High Quality Wire - Each of the 8 gauge wires consist of 658 winded 0.12mm lines that allow each wire to withstand up to a maximum of 65A.
